Once there was a boy; free spirited and happy all day,

With a dream no one believed in, so he up and went away.

Once there was a boy older than the first, yet he

Had lost his friend and so he went fighting on for she.

Once there was a girl; had no family, friends, none.

Her mission was clear to her, though; she'd not stop 'till it was done.

Once there was a boy who was met soon by these three.

An outcast from his town because of his stories of fantasies.

Once there was a boy who had had it far from worse;

Wounded, orphaned, stranded all in life, yet he found almost no cause to curse.

Once there was an animal with a temper, yet he was caring

And the only person who had compassion for him was executed by the king.

Once there was a girl with no family, so she went bad.

But then she left her former job, to join this group where she was glad.

The bonds of life can bring about the changes in our lives,

As this group has, and so it's said, nothing will break their ties.
