Weight: about 72 lbs (yes very light, but Rukia is like 74 lbs! Soooo since Kiyomi is 2 inches shorter she is 2 lbs lighter haha)

Personality: Caring, energetic (can be lazy also), humorous, slow to anger, and can be a little problematic.
Description: Kiyomi is pretty strong (she does have her weaknesses), a good friend, the new ninth division captain, loves to fight for fun, and may appear childish but is very smart with tough situations.
Kiyomi stood in front of Captain Yamamoto with the other remaining Captains and Lieutenants surrounding them. Kiyomi crossed her arms and Captain Yamamoto raised his eyebrow, all the while the others in the room got tense. She giggles at their reactions, which catches them mildly off guard, then addresses Captain Yamamoto.
"Now why did you bring me here Captain?"
"I have chosen you to the replacement as ninth division captain Takahashi Kiyomi."
"What?" Kiyomi yells, making a few of the Captains and Lieutenants jump, "You must be lying! There is no way that I am going to be a Captain….too many responsibilities and crap like that."
"That does not matter Captain Takahashi," Captain Yamamoto announces fiercely, causing Kiyomi to flinch a tad, "regardless of what you say, you are now and will be the ninth division captain….no exceptions.
Kiyomi scrunched her face in thought of the situation she was dealing with, then she turned towards the others while moving her hand to her zanpaktou. A majority of those in the room began to reach for their zanpaktous – ready for a fight – and Kiyomi giggled while turning back towards Yamamoto. She drew her zanpaktou and received the same action directed towards her from the others. All was quiet till they heard a small sigh come from Kiyomi and she slowly returned her zanpaktou to its holster on her side.
"It seems that the spirit of my zanpaktou has decided it would be best for our path of life to choose becoming a Captain," Kiyomi states with a smile, "congratulation Captain Yamamoto."
"Good choice Kiyomi," Yamamoto states, "Lieutenant Hisagi, please show Captain Takahashi to the ninth division barracks."
A young man came forward and bowed in both Kiyomi and Yamamoto's direction. As he raised his head, Kiyomi burst into laughter which caught everyone's attention.
"No way! No frickin' way is that Shuuhei!"
Everyone in the room has a somewhat freaked out look on their face as Kiyomi practically tackles Hisagi and raises herself into a position in which she is straddling him. Hisagi's face is a burning red when Kiyomi's hands begin to touch and explore his face and anything reachable. After a few seconds, Kiyomi stands and grabs Hisagi up starting to circle him. She stops behind him and looks with an approving smirk towards his rear end. Kiyomi smacks his ass, causing Hisagi to jump about a foot off the ground and everyone else to freak out.
"It most certainly is you Shuuhei! There's no way in hell I would forget that fine artwork you got behind you," Kiyomi smiles, while giving an all red Hisagi a thumbs up.
Captain Yamamoto decides to interrupt this situation before it could get any more awkward, "I believe it is time for everyone to return to their barracks and resume as normal."
Kiyomi left, following Hisagi, while skipping and humming an unknown tune for all ears to hear. Unbeknownst to Kiyomi, though, she was going to run into a certain orange-haired substitute shinigami that would be the center of cause for all the action in the near future.
