Hi. This is my first story on Heist society and I hope you like it.

Hale POV

My daughter, Willow got arrested. For shoplifting. At least it isn't too bad. I have to go pick her up. I finally got to the police station. I saw Willow sitting in a cell swinging her legs back and forth on the bed. She smiled when she saw me. I said nothing and looked at the officers.

"Why is she here?" I asked.

"Shoplifting like she said." the guy who needs a trainer said.

"She wouldn't shoplift." That's not a complete lie. She would do something much bigger than this.

"Someone saw it slip in her bag." another officer said.

"Really? Show me the video."

"But sir-"

"You think my daughter is a thief then prove it." The woman sighed at my request then took me to some part of the jail. I really don't know what the hell it's called. I stay away from jail. Willow should too. I thought she was slyer than this. The police chick took me to where there were security footage. Willpw was at some overpriced store. She had her big bag with one strap down. She ran into a rack and a few shirts fell into her bag. She was looking the other way though. She shifted the bag onto her shoulder.

"See she clearly stole it." the officer said.

"No she didn't. It was an accident." I lied.

"But she had them in her purse."

"So? She simply ran into a rack and stuff fell. Not really crime is it?" I've always had a talent for lying. I glared the officer down.

"She left with the clothes."

"That fell in her purse." I continued.

"She's a thief!" she exclaimed.

"Do you know who I am? W.W Hale the fifth I know many people and have many companies."

The lady rolled her eyes, "I'm aware."

"And I'm rich."

"Get to the point." "So for what reason would my only daughter. My only family since my wife died need to shoplift?" She just looked at me. Bet she didn't think of that.

"I-I don't know." she finally said.

"Well you should know more. Now get my precious daughter out of that horrid jail cell and handcuffs." I demanded. She went off. Might be the best lie I've told. Willow came up and hugged me. The 14 year old was in happy tears.

"Thank you so much daddy!" she said. I held her close to me and then we left. When we were in the limo I gave her an icy glare.

"How many times?" I asked. She looked up at me with her large eyes.

"What?" she said playing it dumb.

"You know what I mean."

"You've told me millions of times to not do anything alone even if it's this small."

"That's right; And what happened?"

"I'm sorry, daddy it's just Giselle has been teasing me and that I need to do something to prove I really am like mom. So I decided this."

"What have I told you about your cousin?"

"That she is an attention seeking little bitch who hates my guts."

I quirked my eyebrow at my daughter, "I never said that."

She got this fake confused face. "Really? It's what I heard." she said. I rolled my eyes. She's my mini Kat. She looks just like her and has neon blue tips in her hair.

She hasn't been the same since Kat died.

More risky. More careless. More Kat.

I guess that's why I love her.
