The Nightmare

It was a sunny day and a boy was playing in the woods. His name was Berwald Oxenstierna. As he went further into the woods, it got darker, and scarier. Soon enough the boy could barely see in front of him. He was starting to get scared, and he soon found himself lost. He didn't know how to get back so he just kept going forward. As he walked along, he started to hear sounds. Strange sounds that didn't sound human. It reminded him of a nightmare he had had not that long ago. He then realized that this was turning into his nightmare. Panicking, he turned around, only to be faced with a cute little bunny. He found no harm in that, so he picked it up and kept walking. What a bad idea that was. When he was only 10 feet away from where he had been previously standing, the bunny started to shake. He put the bunny down and backed away. The bunny then morphed into a 30 foot tall serpent. Berwald was so shocked and frightened that he couldn't move. He ran and ran until he couldn't run anymore. He then fell to the ground as a wave of exhaustion hit him. He tried to get up but he couldn't. The serpent had caught up with him. As the serpent moved closer, and closer, the boy for sure thought he was going to die. Right as the serpent was about to eat him, the boy awoke screaming in his bed. "It was only another nightmare", he told himself. He tried to go back to sleep but all he saw in his mind was that serpent trying to kill him. The nightmare plagued him for years, until he died from a heart attack in his sleep. His family, who didn't know about the nightmares, was confused. He had perfect health, so it didn't make sense for him to have a heart attack. They later found out about the nightmares from his "wife" Tino. The next night, their son Peter, had a nightmare.
