If there's ones thing that Jade West can do, its act. She's been doing it all her life, just because she loves it so much. Others call it lying. Convincing her parents she's a happy normal child, she used to beat up children in the playground and then act (lie) her way out of it. Strange thing to get a tiny child happy isn't it? But when has Jade West ever been normal, when has she ever been conventional, never. She's always had that twisted mind that rejoices in others pain and her own sick adaptation of the world.

The best part about acting (Lying) is getting caught. Because it can't last forever. The arguments, the screaming, the tears, then she dyes a streak of her hair to celebrate, celebrate ruining someone else's life.

But her biggest lie, her finest work yet isn't quite complete, its still a work in progress, but she can feel the end coming, the storm brewing just on the very edge of the horizon, and it makes her smile, that sick little smile she has just for herself. She slips her hand into Becks, flashing him a smile with nothing but contempt behind it, kisses that mean nothing, even sex that means nothing. Whispering words about love and commitment and forever. She can't remember the last time anything meant anything.

Because its all a fucking joke, a game, and Becks life is about to come crashing down around him, with only Jade walking away from the rubble.

Because she always wins that game, she's thinking of dying a white streak for him, like the white hot streak of pain she knows will rip through his heart. She hopes he will cry, in front of people. Because she loves an audience.

If there's one thing Jade West can do, its act. And the whole world is a stage.
