Spencer's pov
I am late by 6 weeks. I am the second child of veronica and peter Hastings. I am 18 years old. It has been 9 weeks since I've been in that hell hole that A trapped us in. Today is the day my sister comes to visit with wren. They both decided to have an open relationship and they have news. I am quietly sitting in my bedroom when I'm hit with a wave a nausea. I quickly run to the toilet and I quickly lose my lunch. I thought this was all the stress from A and school. My phone then buzzes and I get terrified. Hey babe – toby. I text back to stop by the drug store and get me a pregnancy test. He then calls me. Spencer wtf are you okay babe he says worried. Babe I'm late and this is just to make sure okay I say trying to calm him down. Okay we both say then he hangs up. About 10 minutes later he knocks on the door. Thank God for my parents waiting at the airport for Melissa. Toby hands me the bag and I run to the bathroom and I take the test. Babe how long does the box say I ask from the bathroom. Toby sits on my bed wearing his officer uniform then he slowly says 3 minutes. After 3 minutes I look at the test. Positive, toby walks in then he pulls me into a tight hug. He places a kiss on my forehead as is start to cry. I get if you want to break up I say still crying. Spencer I will always be here for you and our newborn with a six pack. I laugh. Spence we will go to the doctor after we tell your parents who might kill me he says. Then the door opens and I hear my parents talking. Then toby and I stare at each other.
Someone slowly comes upstairs and knocks on the door. Come in I yell while toby sits on my bed with one of my French text books. Melissa walks in with a white blouse and a pair of skinny jeans on. Hey baby sis she says pulling me into a long hug. I quietly whisper in her ear meet me in the barn. She nods. Babe I'm going to go talk to Melissa I say. Toby nods trying to read French. Melissa and I walk to the barn together while mom and dad watch us. When Melissa and I are in the barn we talk. Spencer I have to tell you something I'm … pregnant she says. So am I, I whisper. We both hug. Wren and I eloped. What? Yeah and he knows and he wants a boy we are actually betting on it. After we both agree not to tell our parents yet wren and toby walked in. toby and I where making sure you guys are not going to kill each other wren says in his accent. Yeah and Spence I still don't get French toby says bowing his head. Melissa and I both walk back to the house with our knights in shinning armors. I love toby and I know he is going to be an amazing father.
Melissa's pov
After dinner spencer and toby walked upstairs together. While dad and wren went outside to have a beer, mom and I had a talk. Mom I say. She looks at me then reply's yes. I'm pregnant. Oh she says then she hugs me. Spencer then comes down the stairs with toby. Mom can I talk to you she says then they both walk upstairs in silence.
Spencer's pov
Mom I say. She looks worried. She squeezes my hand. Mom I'm pregnant I say crying. She hugs me its okay spencer she says . I have to tell dad. Then the stairs creek and my father stands in the doorway. He walks over to me and hugs me. Your not mad I say. Spencer im not mad im going to be a grandfather he says and as long as toby stays with you I wont kill him. I love my family .now I have to tell my friends.
