Authoress Note: Welcome to the revamp of All For One and One For All. I decided to write a whole new story. It's going to be written in first person. I am going to continue to try my hand at it. I mean it is worth a shot to keep trying in writing in first person. I'm just going to keep trying. It's always worth a shot. Unless I should go back to writing in third person. But I'm not sure. But I'm just going to give you guys a little information about Rin. I decided to change her a little bit because she is supposed to be related to Aragorn. Below is a bit of information about Gilrin.
Gilrin "Rin" Caverly
Age: 21
Hair: Dark Brown
Eyes: Blue-Grey with little spot of grey
So here is the Preface of If I Die Young. I hope you guys enjoy this.
Preface
I always had a problem of fitting into the normal world. I never knew where I really belonged. I had certain things about me that never fit in with the rest of my family. I was always known as the odd ball on out. I knew that there was always something different about me. I just didn't know how different. I always had a thing for reading up on lore of elves, which didn't exist.
I read the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit books along with the other books that go with the series feeling like I had more of an understanding with their world than I had of my own, which I knew was odd. Too odd that I needed an understanding to know why I wanted to know why I was craving answers of why I wanted to know more about that make believe world.
But I was wrong about what I was about what I was about to get into. I thought that it was in movies and books. Oh how wrong I was. I didn't know how dangerous this thing I was about to step into. Being brought into the world that I thought was all fake and pretend.
To be brought into world of orcs and running for your life and helping a company of dwarves, a hobbit, and a wizard and being told that you were supposed to be doing one thing and one thing only and that was to protect a precious line. But was it something that I was willing to do? Of course it was. I was willing to do whatever I could do to protect that precious line. I was willing to give my life up for this line.
As a Dunedain I would do everything in my power to protect and do the job that I was given. I could only hope that I could do this right and not lose my life right away and not early on in the quest even though it seemed a good way to go.

This is the preface for this series starting point. Please let me know what you think. Leave a review and let me know if it is a good starting point. I hope to have the first chapter up soon within the next day or so. I changed it quite a bit just to make it fit a little bit better. So I hope that this one works a bit better. So until next time.
