The people have won. I have died and with me, the tyrant and horrible government that had them living in fear has fallen. So far, everything is going according to plan.

And I am sorry to inform that Mrs. Coin does not live anymore. Her death was not planned but it only proved the advance of the subjects.

People in Panem proved to be strong, determinate, and brave, yet I am not fully convinced they are ready for the out coming phrase. Even when phrase one (the Dark Days Memories Implantation), and two (The Hunger Games) have provide us with enough information to continue with our research, the sudden news of an imminent change and the reveal of all this years of lies will only bring violence and death upon these people and ourselves.

If does not matter if we can control them because we do not want control. We want answers. I am certainly happy to announce that two subjects are in ideal conditions to provide us with said answers: Miss Katniss Everdeen and Mr. Peeta Mellark, the late being the one in which we are putting our hopes in for he has successfully recovered form a memory and mind manipulation process, ergo, his killzone is one of the most promising ones I have ever seen; He will give us valuable information about the cure we are so desperate to find.

Nevertheless, I plead you to not continue with the Trials immediately. People here are tired, wore out, but with a glimpse of hope in their hearts for they truly believe they have change a thing, that they have established another government, more fair, and better… I say we let them have it. Let´s see if they can indeed, establish another order, let´s see if the sequels of war and decades of suppression and fear give us the pattern we need to find the answer that is so precious to us. Let them have some years of recuperation before we destroy this little area they believe to be a large country. Then we will send Miss Everdeen to the Scorch, along with Mr. Mellark, Miss Mason and all the other subjects who survive. All of them prepared for battle, but not all of them immune. My prediction is that less of the half of them we will ever survive.

The Trials are not over yet.

The killzones are still developing.

Hope in mankind is not truly lost.

We will find the cure and this subjects and the children who are now getting ready to begin the Maze Trials will provide it for us.

The survival of our kind is our priority, the terrible things we have done were done for a reason.

When in doubt we keep on mind that sacrifices are always necessary.

We keep on mind that WICKED is good.

AN: I came with this AU idea the other day but at the time, I didn´t thought of writting anything about it... In the end, I did. Let´s think for the while the implications of this, that Panem is a WICKED experiment, many things would change.

I do not plan to continue this because I only write oneshots, but if I do continue, the following chapters will be precisesly that, little one shots or drabbles, not a story with a plot to really follow.
