Inuyasha looked at Ame's body. She was not moving. He whispers in her ear, "Come back to me my love. Don't leave me." Ame died by Kagome's hands.
Kagome killed her for falling for Inuyasha. She was to be his bride in the coming Spring. So they could marry when her favorite flower was in bloom. Inuyasha asks Kagome, "Why did you do this? We just wanted to be together." Kagome says, "You belong to me. No one else can have you." She then turned and walked away.
Inuyasha says in a soft tender voice, "I only belong to Ame. No matter how far apart we are." Inuyasha kissed his lover's lips softly. He buries her under a prayer tree. Soon after blue roses start to bloom. Inuyasha smiled and looked to the sky. He knew Ame was still with him. The air was filled with Ame's scent. He says, "Please Ame wait for me in the next world."
