Juliet marched through the short grass, in search of the notes her friends had scattered, it was late at night and she was filming as if from her point of view as she hiked through the woods, it was a very eerie night and she couldn't help but keep looking back, she felt as if she was being watched.
She found the first note pinned to a twisted old tree, she plucked it off and on it was a bunch of tree's, and at first she didn't notice anything, then she saw that one of those tree's was actual a tall faceless man, it was unnerving. She kept walking and heard a unique background noise, a kind of light static, but very soft so it was hard to distinguish. She kept walking, she was only being foolish by this stage.
She approached an intersection of 4 walls, she checked each one and on the last corner she found a note, on it was the same man, it said: DON'T TURN BACK, KEEP WALKING.
The static-y sound was more distinct now, but she kept moving, on her left was a tunnel which she approached, her foot steps echoed within it, it wasn't a long tunnel and at the end of it was a note, she plucked it from the wall, this one read: NO EYE'S, ALWAYS WATCHING and it showed the face of the man, with X's in place of his eyes.
Instinctively, Juliet looked behind her, an her heart skipped a beat as at the other end of the tunnel stood the tall man from the pictures, she quickly turned around and sprinted further down the track, the static sound loud in her ears.
She ran until she ran out of energy, she was surrounded by totem poles, taking a breather at the foot of one with yet another note on it, this one read: YOU SEE GLIMPSES, HE SEE'S ALL: it showed the tall man between two tree's, staring straight at her. She began to walk away from the place, when on her left she thought she saw the tall man, she quickly turned and checked, but it was her mind playing tricks, she was merely afraid, she looked forwards again and kept walking, towards a group of rocks sticking out from the rest of the forest.
Hidden in the centre of the group was another note, this one read: COLLECT THEM ALL, ANGER THE SLENDER MAN. It showed a picture of a note on a water tank, another on the wall of a building, and the final note on the back of a transportable house, those must be the final locations.
She began wondering through the forest again, by now she had regained her confidence, she hadn't seen the strange man again yet, and was certain she was just being foolish, she saw the transportable home ahead and jogged up to it, and plucked the note from it without reading it's warning.
The water tank was nearby the transportable house, so she jogged over there and plucked the second last note, carelessly shoving it into her pocket and jogging towards where she believe the building to be.
As she reached the building it loomed over her and she entered it, hearing her every footstep echo off the walls, she began moving cautiously, investigating each of the empty, tiled rooms. Finally she rounded the corner and saw the very last room and carefully walked in, the note was on the other side of the room, she ran over, and in her fear, read the final note's warning: don't turn around Juliet.
She slowly turned around, and there stood the slender man, and the last Juliet remembered was hearing a sudden burst of static as her vision filled with the static reception from a TV with no signal and the slender man's face, staring.
