I was talking with my little sister about my favorite topic the avengers and she was wondering why they didn't just put Thor's hammer on Loki like they did in Thor. So here you go Laney!
Me know own, I don't even own the idea.
Thor glared at Loki as the God of Mischief looked quizzically at him from his glass holding cell.
"What brings you here brother?" Loki sneered as Thor pressed in a command code and entered the cell.
"To ensure you do not escape Loki." Thor replied before he swing his fist at his head.
The rest of the avengers gaped at Thor as Loki's head snapped back from the force of the blow and collapsed bonelessly to the ground.
"What the hell did you do that for?" Steve shouted as Thor laid his hammer on Loki's chest.
"To ensure that even if Loki sends his minions to come free him they will not be able to." Thor explained as he exited the cell.
"Well that makes sense" Tony said nodding his head.
"Yeah imagine if we didn't do that in the first place. We probably would have had to fight some alien space monsters or something!" Natasha said laughingly.
"Somebody could have died!" Bruce exclaimed.
"Hey, what'd I miss?" Clint asked as he walked in.
"What are you doing here, aren't you under Loki's control?" Steve asked.
"Not any more. For some reason the connection just went kaput and right on time too we were just about to sabotage the hellicarier and break him out. Talk about great timing huh?"
"Now that the crisis is over want to go grab some shawarma you guys?" Tony asked as they made their way to the quinjet.
"Sounds good to me." Clint replied.
"Let us go feast my friends!" Thor shouted as the hatch closed.
So all of the deaths and damage could have been easily avoided if Thor just out his hammer on Loki.
