Pairing: Spencer & Toby
"I'm glad you're back."
He smiled at her and said, "I'm glad to be back."
"You wanted me to get help, and so I got help," she told him.
"I know, I can tell," he said, chuckling. "You look even more beautiful than you did before the whole drug thing."
"I don't like to talk about it," she said quietly, reaching over for a black box. "However, I remember that before the whole thing happened, I received a very amazing present from a very amazing guy." She smiled at him, and he smiled back at her. "I don't believe that you accepted my return present, so I'm bringing it back."
She popped the black box open. Inside of it were several... cronuts.
"Seriously, Spence?" he said, raising an eyebrow. "I thought I told you last time that cronuts are disgusting and all trans fat."
"Don't worry, eating one won't make your pretty little abs go away," she flirtatiously said, moving closer to him. "Try one. I dare you."
He cocked his head to the side, and let out a deep breath.
"Fine. For you," he gave in, leaning in to peck her lips before grabbing a cronut from the black pastry box, which was still warm from the Brew's freshly baked selection. His mouth formed a weird shape. "It's good." He swallowed the pastry. "Better than I thought it would be... for sure."
He grinned at her, taking both of her hands into his.
"I missed you," she said. "I missed this."
"And you think I didn't?" he said, raising an eyebrow. "I've been dying to see you ever since I left. There wasn't a day that I didn't think about you when I was in London."
"You are such a cliché," she said, smiling.
He stared into her big brown eyes for just a millisecond before the desire took over him. He leaned in and pressed his lips again hers, his hands brushing through her soft brown locks. Her hands roamed upwards and ran through his light brown hair, messing it up as their lips formed friction.
Leaning back against the couch after kissing her, Toby popped another cronut into his mouth, letting out a soft laugh as he did so. Quietly, he murmured "I love you" into her ear. Maybe cronuts weren't so bad after all.
