Daniel sighed as he sat down in his usual chair on Jack's patio
Daniel sighed as he sat down in his usual chair on Jack's patio. Jack smiled at him before handing him a beer. "Long day?" The General asked the doctor.
"Just like any other day, I suppose." Daniel shrugged. "New planet, new species, new problem. Almost died, again, Sam's moody, Teal'cs… Teal'c. And Cams just not you…"
"Give the kid a chance. He's there for a reason, Daniel." Jack said sitting down in the chair next to Daniel's. "Besides I know he'll be good for you. He'll be good for the team."
"He's nice. I know I should give him a chance, get to know him. I just…"
"Miss me?" Jack gave the younger man a smirk.
"A lot." Daniel admitted. But before Daniel could say or do anything that could deflate Jacks growing ego, the older man covered his mouth with his own.
