On a sunny day like an other summer, a bunch of children were playing the park. Suddenly the sky turned a violent shade of grey and rain clouds appeared, bringing heavy rain drops on the children who fleed home to avoid the cloud's wraith. Only 2 children remained. One was a guel with black pigtails and a magenta dress. The other child was a boy with brown messy hair and a blue shirt. They went to the abanonded swing and stared up at the sky. "Hey Hibiya-kun..do you remember when we were stuck in that loop?" asked the girl who was holding a grey cat with a purple collar. "Mmmm...Why do you ask?" The boy replied. "Well...it was called a 'Heat Haze' and now its a 'Rain haze!' " The pink one said with a laugh. "What a stupid...idea..." commented 'Hibiya' as he reached out to pet the kitten. Then the grey feline leaped out and onto the side walk. "No...no dont you dare Hiyori.." Said 'Hibiya. "Stop being such a party-pooper Hibiya! Its on the sidewalk not the road! Plus its raining. So dont worry. Here hold my hand if you're so afraid." Offered 'Hiyori', holding her hand out. "N-no! Im not afraid! But if you get caught..!" Snapped the boy, following the cat in embrassment. "What a guy..." murmured the girl.
They dashed through the rain that seemed to get only worser and worser. Soon Hibiya saw 2 lights...truck lights...to their right only a few miles away but enough to see it therefore causing him to sprint instead of dash. "Come on Hiyori!" Yelled Hibiya through the rain. As they got nearer to the cat, the cat stopped in front of a door with the numbers 107. CLANK. Both of them turned around to see a constuction site not too far away, that a bunch of metal pipes had fallen down. "Oh hey..I thought I heard something. Who is this girl Hibiya? And why are both of you soaking wet?! Come in before you get a cold." Said a green haired girl with a purple hoodie.
Somewhere the grey feline met with two others. A black one and a white one. It could have been the rain but the fur of the first one seemed to have a glint of red while the other one had blue. "Lucky for them...that we didn't get to them first." Smuggly said the black one. " It would have been...very..awful..," replied the white cat,"Come on Kagerou..let's go." And with that the two felines left, leaving the grey all to it's self. Shortly after, the sky cleared and the boy and girl were safe...for now..
