Background Info: I'm guessing that Violet was about 15-ish during the movie, Jack-Jack was 1, Dash was 9 and Syndrome was 23. So it's been 6 years and Violet is 21, Jack Jack is 7, Dash is 15, and Syndrome is 29. Violet just finished her first round of college and is taking a break while deciding what to do with her life. Set in the summer.
Summary: Syndrome is alive and relatively well, and as always, seeking revenge. With his new plan centered around taking Violet as a hostage, his plan seems fool proof. Until, of course he falls in love with his prisoner. Synlet.

Unforgotten
Violet's day began like any other, well any other for a her. She had collapsed into bed incredibly late because last night, because some jerk thought that it was a good idea to rob a bank at 3:00 am. Mr. Fluffy, her cat, woke her up at 10:00 am to feed him (She had let Jack-Jack name him). Violet brushed her hair out of her face before putting in one of her signature hair bands. She sat down and turned on the TV in her small apartment.
Violet must have fallen asleep because when she woke up it was near 8:00 pm. There was a live special on TV about some lame super villain terrorizing downtown.
Violet almost giggled. It's been a while since we have had an actual super villain. It's mainly been criminals. Violet thought. Walking to her bed room, she grabbed her mask and changed into her super suit, right as she got a call from her parents.
"Hi, mom. Did you see the news?" Violet asked.
"Yes we did. But me and your father were about to go to the movies, so do you think that you can handle it on your own?" Helen answered.
"Yes, mom." Violet said. She was actually excited now. She had taken a villain down before, but she was still eager to prove herself.
"OK, honey. Just be careful." She said.
"I always am, mom." Violet said, rolling her eyes.

"I am the mighty Electro! Cower before me!" Electro exclaimed.
"Are you for real?" Violet asked, "I mean, I've met some dramatic villains, but you, are by far the worst."
"You dare to mock me?" He said. He held out his palm, and a beam of lightning shot out. Violet quickly threw up a shield. The lightning bounced off of it harmlessly. Violet turned invisible and sneaked behind him. She formed a shield around him trapping him.
"Electro sounds familiar, have I fought you before?" Violet asked.
"Yes, I have escaped from prison, to seek revenge on The Incredibles!" Electro exclaimed, trying to escape from the small bubble.
"Yeah, you and like 23 other villa- Ow" Violet started to say, but was cut of when a sharp pain in her head forced her to fall to the ground, enveloped in darkness.
