Prologue

A shadow slinked out of sight. Amongst the rubbish, a figure sat, hunched. This figure held out its hand as a centipede crawled onto it. Then the figure spoke. "Hey there, little friend. Do you have new for me?" he said in a raspy, deep voice. The centipede… sat there. It waved its antennae in a seemingly random fashion, but the figure understood. "Ah, yes, them. Well, the older ones were bound to run their course eventually. Like I did. Thanks, little buddy." he then set down the creature as it crawled off. He got up. His bunnyish ears unfurled, but still drooped. One of them seemed tattered and torn, though it was hard to tell in the darkness of the room. His eyes glowed like a burning ember. He looked into a nearby mirror. "Guess it's time. Time to decide how comfortable I am doing this."

The bunny creature then sat down in a half broken chair. "Time to end this."

"Time to free us."
