My Love For You

It's just a little poem. It's sorta like what's going through both of their heads...I think. I wrote it on the sper of the moment.

Part 1Blanket of Stars

The shadows, the light,

That one and only night,

The Music lifts high,

Like a dove through the sky,

I rest my head on your shoulder,

Knowing that the night gets colder,

Holding you I now do trust,

That you, yourself, will only thrust,

Your love to me and mine to you,

And knowing this the world is true,

To never fear to never cry,

Laying here, under the sky,

Watching all the stars fly by,

Hand to hand and heart to heart,

I know, I hope, we'll never be apart.

Part2A Flower's Touch

The wind is soft,

The grass is green,

And everything is serine,

The calmness of the gentle day,

Seems to make me want to sway,

I fall and I laugh at how simple it is,

At how I can just sit and miss,

You, and you in all your glory,

You are the one, my one and only.
