The 11th Division agrees. At least the majority.
The 6th Division disagrees. Byakuya puts up a pretty frown and stands in for both himself and his lieutenant, who is currently at home, crying his eyes out.
The 13th Division has mixed responses. On one side there's those who support it, mostly lead by the captain, and on the other side there's those who don't support it, lead by an unseated dark haired female.
The 4th Division can't agree more. They even cry in happiness.
The 1st Division is completely against it. But since the 8th, 9th and 10th Divisions actually agree with it, there's not much Yamamoto can actually do.
As for the rest of the Divisions, they could care less, since at least Captain Zaraki Kenpachi has admitted to be having a sexual relationship with the Shinigami Representative Ichigo Kurossaki. An open secret no longer a secret.
Kenpachi holds his little lover softly, leaning over him to kiss him sweetly. If anyone saw them they wouldn't believe this was the real Zaraki Kenpachi.
Ichigo smiles and leans further into the embrace. A few months back if he'd been told he would become Zaraki's lover he would have laughed his ass off and bankai the person who told him. He doesn't regret anything now though, except when Zaraki whispers into his ear.
"Now we just have to tell your dad."
