Epic Alternate Ending:

A/N: So saw the movie didn't like the ending so here's a short fic.
MK felt the wind dragging at her hair and clothes tearing her away from Nod.
"Put your arms around me!" she shouted. Nod pulled her in close and the faces were inches from each other. She breathed in his deep earth smell and then they were kissing. They pulled apart and she could see from the sad look in his eyes he was going to let go and send her away and she would grow large and become a Stomper and never be able to do anything with everyone again.
"Don't let go." she screamed all the sudden desperate. Holding on tighter. "Don't send me away! Please!" she shouted. The new Queen was so focused on sending her away she didn't here her pleas begging her to not. MK could feel her fingers slipping and new she was going to be blown away. She would grow and grow till she was so huge and slow she couldn't see Nod anymore without one of her dad's ugly helmets.
"Please!" she cried as one hand popped out. It was not the Queen but Ronin who heard her cry and quickly told her of this new turn of events. A tear almost escaped MK's eye in relief when her feet slow sank back to the ground.
"What are you doing?" Nod asked shocked.
"I don't want to leave." she whispered all the sudden feeling shy.
"Well, what about your life?"
"My Dad will think it's awesome I am like this."
"Well what about growing up? Going to school? and doing whatever you Stompers do?"
"Do you want me to leave?" she asked, the horror that might be true hitting her. What if they didn't want her here? She was a Stomper. What if they wanted her to leave?
"No, no, no." he hastened to assure her, "I just want to make sure your make the right decision." a small grin started spreading across his face. "Are you really staying?"
"Only if you want me to." she said not wanting her recent fear to become a reality and be stuck here anyway.
"Why wouldn't we want you here?"
"You stayed for me, didn't you?" Mub accused. "Just can't stay away from this." he said patting his slimy stomach which bounced up and down.
"I couldn't." she said shrugging.

"Hi Dad!" MK shouted waving furiously back and forth at the iPad attached to the tree in front of her.
"Hi MK."
"How are you?"
"I am wonderful, you should see the research I have compiled. It's fascinating."
"Dad." she said exasperated, "Why would I come see it, if I am living it?"
"I miss you." he said.
"I know I miss you too. When are you coming to visit? The Queen said make a date and she'll shrink you."
"Really?" he said face lighting up.
"Of course."
"I'd like that."
"I would too. Bye Dad I got to go, see you."
"See you MK." The screen switched off going black.
"So your Dad coming soon?" Nod asked.
"I think so."
"Good." he said grabbing her hand and helping her on to the hummingbird. They shared a quick kiss before heading back to Moonhaven. MK was tiny, invisible to most people, living in the forest and having to learn to live an completely new way with people who had destroyed her Father's career and marriage and shouldn't exists and she had never been happier.
