Their relationship was rather complex as they would put it. It more than a regular friendship, and more than a family bond, they still couldn't quite call it 'love'. Still, even though it wasn't romantic, they cared about each other about the same as lovers.
It was indescribable, but one thing was for sure - one way or another, they were forever connected by fate.
