Albus closed the window and sat down next to Rose.

"I can´t belive we´re actually going!" Rose was almost jumping with excitement. "I´ve read every book I could find on Hogwarts, and now I will be seeing it with my own eyes!"

James rolled his eyes.

"You and your books. You can´t know everything about Hogwarts through a book, you have to explore it yourself."

Albus sighed. They had been arguing about this for weeks, and somehow it always happened when he was nearby.

"Well, at least you don´t get into trouble for sneaking around at night when you read a book!"

James opened his mouth to say something – most likely something that didn´t even make sense – but was interrupted as the blond boy Ron had asked Rose to beat in every test.

"Hello. I was wondering if I could sit with you, it´s full in everywhere else." He asked.

"Sure, why not." Albus said quickly before James would say something rude.

"Thanks. I´m Scorpius Malfoy." He said as he sat down.

"As in Draco Malfoy?" James asked suspicious.

Scorpius winced, but nodded.

"Well, I´m Albus Potter." Albus said and shoot his brother a warning look.

"This is James, my brother, and my cousin Rose Weasley."

Rose flashed a small smile, but didn´t say some anything.

Scorpius gasped and suddenly looked a bit scared.

"As in Harry Potter?"

"Yes."

There was an awkward silence. Scorpius looked as if he thought they would start kicking him. James turned to Rose as he considered the conversation to be over.

"As I was saying, yes, but if you don´t "sneak around" you don´t find things like this!" James put his hand in his pocket and brought up something resembling a necklace with a triumphant look on face. Albus had no idea what it was.

Rose, who had been silent since Scorpio had opened the door, now gasped.

"A time turner! I´ve read about these, they´re so interesting! How in the name of Merlin did you get your hands on that!"

James looked smugger than Albus had ever seen him. Ugh.

"I snuck into Dad´s office right before we left home. I only borrowed it." He added, seeing his friends' faces.

"Stole!" Rose exclaimed.

"Borrowed!"

"Stole!"

"Borrowed!"

"Shut up, James!" Albus exclaimed.

James glared at him.

"But what about her! Why don´t you tell her to shut up?"

Albus glared back.

"Because she is right! Besides, you don´t even know how to use it!"

"Of course I do! Just watch." He started to turn the little hour glass.

"Stop! James, stop! If you don´t stop right now, I´m going to send mom a letter as soon we get to Hogwarts!"

"He´s right." Surprisingly, it was Scorpius that spoke up.

"No! Just get here and I´ll prove it. We´re going back exactly seventeen minutes in time."

No one moved. James glared.

"I said get here!"

"Fine!" Rose stood up and went to sit down next to James. "But it is only to make sure that you don´t do something stupid."

James smiled smugly. He turned Albus.

"Get here now, or I´ll tell everyone about the time you tried to bake muffins with dragon powder!" Albus glared, but then obeyed.

James turned to Scorpius, who looked like he was trying to find a way to escape the madness.

"You too, Blondie."

Scorpius gave up and joined the rest.

When James finally made the last turn on the time turner, he took a deep breath and eyed the others.

"Ready?"

They nodded.

He let go of the little hour glass, and then everything became a blur.
