The Big Bang Theory
Hey, this is my first fanfic, and I hope everyone likes it. The reason it took me so long to write a fanfiction, is that I never had any ideas, and that my computer won't let me post anything. So, this is a oneshot, and I am posting it from a school computer. So, shhh! Don't tell anyone I'm misusing the school property!
Disclaimer: Nope, sorry, I don't own Young Wizards. Diane Duane does. But I might own the universe…..you have no way of knowing! Bwhahahaha!! (And now I am carried away by the men in the white coats.)
In the very center of the darkness, there is a pinprick of light. It is the size of a pin, but it glows brightly. What is this mysterious pin of light? What is its purpose? Does it hold the universe inside it? Who knows…
Suddenly, the pin explodes in a large firery ball, raging through space, yet destroys nothing, for there was nothing to begin with. Matter races out in all directions, and begins the universe. But why did this pinprick explode? What was the cause of the beginning of the beginning?
"Mom!! Lucifer broke your lamp!"
"No I didn't, you pushed me!"
Two young boys were screaming at each other, blaming the other for the cause of the explosion, er, breaking of the "lamp." One had blond hair, the other had red. They looked to be about seven or eight.
"Lucifer, it's your fault, and I'm gonna tell mom!" yelled the blond-haired one.
"No, you're going to be the one in trouble, Raphael." The red head, Lucifer, screamed back.
And so, as the universe was being born, these two young boys argued about who had broken the "lamp."
"I'm gonna tell dad, too!" yelled Raphael, the blond one. He ran off in some unknown direction, leaving behind a very pale Lucifer.
"Wait, no! I didn't mean to break it, honest!" shouted Lucifer as he sprinted after Raphael.
And so, we have now reveiled the true beginning of the universe. Perhaps this is why scientists only go back to the explosion step, and no farther…I guess two kids fighting wasn't scientific enough…
"I'm so going to kill you Raphael!"
"I'd like to see you try!"
Well, it was more of a drabble, really. I thought of this while taking a science quiz. It was about galaxies and such, and the Big Bang theory was in there. I got bored, and thought this up. Sorry it's so short. Please Review!
