'Teddy! Lunchtime,' Harry potter called out from the kitchen of Grimmauld place. It was Saturday morning and Andromeda let her grandson, Teddy Lupin, spend the weekend with his godfather.
'Teddy,' harry called out again. Silence.
'Teddy?!' harry repeated, panic evident in his tone, as he frantically ran upstairs to teddy's room, which was where he last saw the 6 year old. He looked around and saw that his godson's colouring book was on the floor and his crayons were scattered all over the carpet but Teddy was nowhere to be seen.
'Where are you?!'
Fearing the worst (because, really, what can you expect from Harry Potter), Harry was about to call the entire Weasley family and beg them to organise a search party to try and find the missing child whilst thinking about how he was the worst godfather ever when he heard a giggle from the wardrobe opposite Teddy's bed.
Ah so that's what's going on, harry thought with a smirk, whilst also breathing a sigh of relief, the little bugger wanted to scare me
Playing along, harry started to look around, pretending to be distressed
'Oh no, I've lost him. Where could he be? Maybe he's under the bed.'
Harry then made a big show of leaning down and pulling back the covers then stood up and gave a dramatic sigh.
'No, he's not there. Wait, maybe he's behind the curtain.'
He then dramatically pushed open the curtains and gave a deep sigh whilst shaking his head
'Oh no. Looks like he's not here,' harry said as he slowly advanced towards the wardrobe in which the young metamorphmagus was hiding.
'I hope I find him soon. Andromeda's going to kill me – BOO!' he shouted the last word and began laughing at the startled look on his godson's face as Teddy's currently dark brown hair turned bright orange in shock.
'Harry! You nearly gave me a heart attack!'
'Really did I?' harry said with a smirk, 'well that was revenge for scaring me earlier'
He then picked the younger of the two up
'Come on, the pasta is getting cold.'
