"Are you sure you want to do this?" Chef Hatchet asked, looking down at the two sleeping teenagers.
"Yes," was Chris's one-word answer.
"But why?" Chef said in an almost whining-like voice.
"Why not?!" Chris responded.
"But don't they have families? And what about each other? They're people too, Chris. how would you like it if someone did this to you?"
"They'll still have each other. and besides, they'll remember... Eventually... Maybe..." Chris ignored Chef's last question.
"But... how will they feel when they do remember?" Chef asked nervously.
"When have I ever thought about how others feel?!" Chris almost yelled. "All I care about is the ratings. And having fun."
"This won't be fun for them," said Chef.
"But it'll be fun for me, Chef. And the audience. You have to think about the majority. Now, help me get them onto the boat." Chris wheeled one of the carts that the teenagers were sleeping on out of the room.
"I dunno..." said Chef as he left with the other cart.
