Suyin sat before a roaring fire in her home, she'd left the army and started a life on her own (which wasn't easy at first since the dumb military still begged her to stay) she did miss Ed though, ah Edward Elric…now there was a guy that Suyin didn't mind. It didn't start out that way at first…Suyin smiled at the memories of the two of them fighting when they first met and their little petty squabbles. It was Christmas Time and Suyin was all alone thinking about Ed and Al, she wondered if Al had gotten his body back? If so what were the two of them up too now.
*KNOCK, KNOCK*
Suyin got up and answered the door, a horrible sight met her eyes, Edward Elric was leaning heavily on her doorway, his blond hair was weighted down by the snow, his golden eyes that she'd fall into like pools of melted gold were faded and looked tired. "Suyin…" he muttered, before collapsing face-first, Suyin caught him before he hit the ground.
"You damn Mutt, what the Hell are you doing out in this weather?" She dragged him inside and over to the couch, she heaved him up onto it and removed his boots and socks, placing both things by the fire to dry she ran to her room and opened her closet and took out a shirt and some jeans, along with a heat-blanket, scurrying back to the living room she sees Ed waking up "Ed, c'mon and let's get you out of those wet clothes." she said and the Fullmetal Alchemist shrugged out of his wet clothing and put on the shirt and pants before laying back down and Suyin covered him with a quilt and the heat-blanket. "What happened?" Suyin asked from the kitchen as she brewed some tea, "I wanted to see you but the storm blew in and I got lost." Ed sighed with his eyes half open as Suyin brings in the tea, which he drinks gratefully. "Oh, and I have to give you your Christmas present." he added as he fully sat up, "and what's that?" Suyin asked, but she received her answer as Ed's lips sealed over hers in a passionate kiss, Suyin was surprised at first but kissed him back willingly confirming that she felt the same for him.
"Merry Christmas Suyin, I love you." Ed whispered as Suyin lay beside him on the couch a soft smile on his face. "I love you too Ed. Merry Christmas." Suyin said before falling asleep beside her Christmas lover.
