Mary Poppins was floating in the air going forward from London,England to Tuscany,Italy. By the time she landed hours later, she began to look for a place to stay when a wood shop caught her eye. Mary then rang the doorbell and knocked on the door. The owner answered it. "Hello there. Can I help you?" The owner greeted. "Hi, the name's Mary; Mary Poppins. I just need a place to stay," she greeted back. "Sure, come on in," the owner approved. "Make yourself at home," he continued. "I see you have children of your own," Mary discovered. "Yes I do. This is my son Pinocchio and this is my daughter Pinocchia," he explained. "And you are?" Mary asked. "I'm Geppetto," he answered. "Do you have a last name?" Mary questioned. "Not anymore. My parents died when I was young so I got rid of my last name since then," Geppetto described. "Very well then," Mary agreed. "Say, do you mind if I take care of your children?" She continued. "Sure. Be my guest," Geppetto approved. Mary Poppins began helping and monitoring Pinocchio and Pinocchia smoothing their wooden bodies and faces with sandpaper. While doing so, Mary started interrogating them to know them better. Pinocchio's nose began to grow. As nighttime fell, Mary Poppins helped Geppetto cook dinner. Instead of pasta and pizza, they had chicken soup without noodles. Mary helped Pinocchio and Pinocchia go to bed. The next day, Mary Poppins walked Pinocchio and Pinocchia to school. As she did, the mean puppet master known as Stromboli came and kidnapped Pinocchio and Pinocchia again. "Hey what do you think you're doing?!" Mary Poppins yelled as she quickly hitchhiked another carriage to follow Stromboli's carriage. She followed him all the way to Paris,France. Pinocchio and Pinocchia forcefully began to perform after Stromboli set up the stage. Just before the next performance background came down, Mary Poppins snuck up on Stromboli's back and stabbed him with the sharp top of her umbrella. She then grabbed Pinocchio and Pinocchia and put them in the carriage and rode all the way back to Tuscany,Italy. When they arrived home, Mary told Geppetto what happened. Pinocchio and Pinocchia smoothed their bodies and faces with sandpaper again and went to school the next day. After dismissal, they simply went home and Mary Poppins helped them with their homework. Several weeks later, she headed out the door and waved goodbye to Geppetto, Pinocchio, and Pinocchia. "Will we ever see you again?" Pinocchio asked. "Well here's the thing: I'll be always be there in your heart and mind," Mary Poppins answered as she opened her umbrella and slowly floated to the sky back to London.
