The year long wish
January 1, 1991.Egypt
Seishiro watched as the relief in front of him came to life and began to glow a deep red. A figure stepped out of the rough stonework, causing Seishiro's golden eyes to widen in surprise, as he realized he was looking at a mirror image of himself.
"I am the god Iluka. You must be a very smart mortal if you figured out how to release me. As promised I will grant you your dearest wish, but only if you pass my last test." Murmured the god.
"What kind of test?" asked Seishiro sharply. "Look." the god raised his right hand and a strange wind picked up, wrapping itself into a large ball. When the wind had finally abated Iluka was holding a glass ball in the palm of his hand. "See the boy? Your test is to find him and make sure he has the happiest year of his life. He has never laughed or smiled in his entire life. You have exactly a year from this moment." Seishiro had been watching the beautiful boy walking home from school with his twin sister, who was leaping around him, laughing and talking. Even though the twins were almost identical the boy had an elegance and finesse that the sister did not have. Seishiro appreciatively let his eyes rove over the boys figure. The boy was slim; his dark hair a stark contrast with his pale skin, but the most prominent feature about him was his bright green eyes. He was so perfect that it was hard to believe he was human. "What's his name?" murmured Seishiro,never taking his eyes away from the glass ball. "His name is Sumeragi Subaru and his sister is called Sumeragi Hokuto. They live somewhere in Japan. That is all the information I can give you, I'm afraid and now I must go." The god responded. Jag: he's a very polite god, ne? Iluka at once began to fade, taking the light with him, leaving Seishiro in the dark. Jag: bad joke! "I guess I should start looking Sumeragi Subaru," mused Seishiro smiling.
