Dumbledore was worried, it was early June and rumors had been whispered for months about what he knew was sure to come. Dumbledore pondered about the fate of Hogwarts when he heard a knock on the door. With a wave of his wand he opened it, to reveal a fifteen-year-old Harry Potter. "You asked me to come to your office professor?" He asked. "Ahh, yes, please Harry, sit down." Replied Dumbledore motioning to a vacant chair. Once Harry was seated Dumbledore prepared to tell Harry the grave news. "I think it's only fair to tell you, that Hogwarts is sure to fall." Harry sat stunned, not sure he was understanding Dumbledore. "Sir… I'm not sure I understand….." He said. Dumbledore sighed, before repeating, " Hogwarts, is sure to fall." Still confused Harry asked again, "Do you mean Voldermort? Has he figured out how to get into the castle? Shouldn't we be doing something?" Dumbledore looked grim, "I'm sorry Harry, it's much worse then that." He said, " There have been very strong winds lately, and as you know the castle is very old. It will actually be blown over, some pieces may fly away, there was quite an interesting incident last night involving a muggle spotting a piece of the kitchen floor flying though the sky, complete with several house elves holding on for dear life. I'm afraid there's nothing we can do."
As if on cue a large chuck of the wall on Dumbledore's right crashed to the ground. Harry peered out the whole in Dumbledore's wall, He thought of the good times he had in the last five years at Hogwarts. "Hmmmmm, well this kinda sucks." He said, kicking some stones to the ground below.
Yes I know, I'm not terribly funny, but it's nearly midnight, and I'm bored and tired, so I decided to just to a quick one shot, heavy on the illogical. So review if you want, think I could write real fanfics with a plot and everything?
