"But Eva..." Numbuh 11.0, also known as Jack, whined as his girlfriend dragged him into Macy's.
"No buts Jack, Prom is next week and I need your opinion! Today is the last day of the sale!" she said, holding his hand and dragging him towards the dresses. "Besides, you need a tux, your not gonna wear your suit that you use for the TND nightly news segment." she said as she dragged him to the dress department.
"But I like my suit, why do I need a new one?" He questioned.
"Because we need to match and I'm not wearing navy blue, that color is hideous on me and clashes horribly with my hair." she defended as they got to the dress department.
"Don't be absurd Eva, nothing clashes with your hair." Jack defended.
"Well, some colors do, such as pink, pink clashes horribly with orange or red hair, have you ever seen me wear pink?" she said, going through the rack and pulling out a pink dress to prove her point. And it did clash horribly, it put a strain on the eyes and it didn't look at all that too pretty since it made her pale skin look even paler.
"See, my point exactly." Eva said, looking at Jack as she put the dress back.
"So what color doesn't clash with red?" Jack asked.
"Green, why do you think Fanny and I wear it all the time?" Eva said, extracting a satin green dress that tied around the neck and had a diamond neck line that went past her knees.
"That looks pretty." Jack said, making Eva blush.
"I need to try it on though." she said, dragging Jack to one of the dressing rooms and shoving him into a chair.
"I'll be right back." she said as she walked into the dressing room.
Jack looked around and sighed, this was gonna be a long day.
"What do you think?" Eva asked Jack, who was looking at the floor since he was bored.
He looked up and his jaw dropped, she was stunning, absolutely beautiful.
"I'll take that as a yes." Eva said, giggling, using her index finger to close his jaw. She then went back into the changing room and came out a few minutes later, the dress in her arm.
"Now for some shoes!" Eva said giddily as Jack let out another moan. And with that Eva led her boyfriend to Macy's humoungus shoe department to look for the perfect pair of stilletoes.
This was gonna be a long day.
