I heard the noise, heard when my love lost control to her thirst.
"Alice, get her out of here! Take her to Jasper and keep her there!" Edward's roar shook the house. I could picture it in my head, the bloody scene of carnage and I knew that there was nothing I would be able to do to truly help in such a desperate situation. I was a slave to my instincts as well.
Instead I found Jasper. He was in the kitchen—where the fresh river air flowed through the open door and lessened the scent of Bella's blood—and we moved together when Alice brought Rosalie in. Our attempts to restrain her were unneeded though, I could see it in her eyes that that the bloodlust had faded and her mind was now being crushed by guilt. A wave of calm flowed through us as Jasper took control of the situation but it little good for my wife who was now tearlessly sobbing and my arms.
We heard all to clearly the fading heartbeat of Bella even as Jacob fought to keep her conscious and as I held my wife I mourned my sister. Jasper fought our collective grief and cradled Alice in his arms, she was muttering to herself, "No, no, no. Edward hasn't given up. No, no, no, no, no."
Then we heard it. "Renesmee."
It was a whisper of amazement that seemed to freeze the world. We heard Bella's feeble words and for a second we all felt hope. Rosalie lifted her head and gazed at me in such a child-like way, her face so filled with innocent wonder, "There's a baby up there, Emmett. A real live baby. She did it."
and then we heard the world rip. Edward's murmured scolding and Bella's heart giving a final, tired thump.
"I need to save the baby. They need to save Bella and Bella only wanted to save her baby. I need to help her, Emmett. It's all my fault and now I have to make something right. I have to save the baby."
I held my arms around rose as a restraint again and looked to Jasper, but it was Alice who answered for him. "Go Rose. Love is stronger than thirst. You'll be fine, she'll be fine."
As Rose fled from my arms I smiled for her joy and mourned for my sister.

I didn't feel I had a lot to work with but I knew Emmett would be bound to have strong emotions during this scene.
While I read it I was wondering what he was doing. In my view, the ever un-fazed Emmett would be suffering the most. Edward had not given up, Jasper accepted she was gone and Alice was clinging to visions of Edward's efforts and Jasper naturally clung to the brightest feelings in the house. Rose devoted her whole to Renesmee who had no understanding. So Emmett was alone in his suffering.
