She is Kairi and she is Naminé. Opposites yet similar; different yet alike; unique but the same. Two beings combined into one.

She–Kairi–is the morning sun, warm and welcoming to her subjects below; a leader of the world. She revels in the company of others, melodies leaving her full lips as she sings children to sleep and mingles with the world. People flock to her eagerly, falling under her easy laugh and charming smile.

She is a lioness; fighting against her challenges and adversaries gallantly with tooth and claw. She trusts but observes, only truly faithful to herself. She travels the world relentlessly, pursuing and admiring–justliving.

The morning sun flits through life, bubbling with joy at the mere thought of living. She loves, she hates, she weeps, she sings, she dances; curling her toes in a burst of sheer happiness and twirling gracefully on a slippery floor. Every sound brims with emotion yet she enjoys the company of her cheerful sky and reserved shadow.

She cherishes the world and in turn, the world cherishes her.

She–Naminé–is the early moon, elusive and reticent. She glows with a peaceful tranquillity, enjoying the company of her drawing device, paper and the eyes of those who gaze at her from her four white walls. She shies away from the world-afraid to reveal her opinion. She apprehends anything and everything with caution yet inwardly pondering with great curiosity. Curiosity spurs her onwards from her place in the night sky; among the calm stars.

She finds comfort in the dark lapis twilight sea, mysterious yet brimming with possibilities. She is the lone wolf bearing battle scars of the past, marks of torture hidden underneath her porcelain skin yet has the strength to gaze towards the future. She flies on other's wings; too fearful to leap towards the ground.

She loves and loses. She wishes desperately to feel; to hear the steady beat drumming underneath her chest. She wishes, wishes, wishesas she breaks and mends, chaining and unchaining-the power bestowed upon her shattering and shackling.

The quiet artist weaves through life cautiously in the cover of the shadows; forever in the night sky yet the shards of light glimmering in her evident. She looks, views, watches and wishesto finally live.

She is Naminé and she is Kairi. Opposites yet alike; unique yet the same. Two beings combined in the same soul.
