Tall creamy structures stood on wither side of her.
The wind tossed her hair gently.
Violet strands caught on her face.
The aroma ran through her system, igniting a lust for closure.
A strong familiar floral scent that she hadn't experienced for years.
The scent of Azarath.
The sun warmed her face.
Azar's feminine voice rang in the air.
She opened her eyes and gazed over
Jump city bay. Her mind tricked her again.
The wind softly misted her with ocean spray.
Her dream was now buried 6 ft under- other thoughts.
She remembered the charcoal and small pieced of shrapnel that were the
Only remainders of Azarath.
a kind fact her father had insured.
Wiping her birthplace from existence.
And people wondered why they didn't get along.
She still had her memories.
Memories of the once great civilization untainted by him.
She scowled at the thought.
She wanted more than memories.
She wanted to go home.
She was considered normal – with great self control.
At least – in Azarath she was.

The more disgusted she became.
Remember to learn to forget.
The girl didn't want to forget.
She stood and looked out on the bay for one last time before
Returning inside.
When she turned to leave, four faces stared past her out onto the bay.
They were all far away.
Dreaming.
They were all lost.
They were all refugees from their own pasts.
Their own personal hells.
Their communicators snapped them out of their trances.
Robin picked his up. " lets go Titans." He said remorsefully.
They all looked upon the city that they guarded.
They would dream all day.
Relive the better times if they didn't have to protect her.
Once they returned from their duty
They would all be dreaming.
And for once Raven knew that she would not be the only one
On the roof later.
That was the brutality of reality,
The freedom that kept them from dreaming
