Clares POV
Eli. I don't know what it is about him but he just makes me happy. I don't get it. I wanted to tell Alli but I couldn't. I mean I literally couldn't. She was going on and on about Drew. Finally she stopped.
"Clare, here comes Eli."
"Hey, I need your help with the English assignment," he told me.
" Well, I'll let you two deal with English while I'll go deal with chemistry." She walked over to Drew.
"What do you need help with?" I asked him.
"Nothing but can you meet me at the Dot tonight around six?"
"Okay but first tell me what I'll be doing there. Like maybe help with homework, or maybe you want to talk about your car, or maybe a date, or-"
"The third one. If that's alright with you."
I smiled but tried not to make it to big. He did his really hot crooked smile and told me he'll take that as a yes.
I nodded.
