"Ahhh!!"
"What's happening to you?!"
"Help me, please!"
"What's going on?!" Boomed a deep voice.
"We were just hanging out by the popcorn machine and..... THIS happened!!" Said the girl who had screamed.
The security guard pushed through the crowd, who were craning their necks to see what had happened. The security guard let out a gasp. A girl with red hair and blue streaks was sitting on the ground next to the popcorn machine. The thing that had made people gather, that had made people scream, was that this girl was, well, melting! She looked almost like she was sweating off everything. There was a puddle underneath her, which was just water.
"Oh. My. God." Said the security guard.
"I-I don't know w-what happened! I was just standing here a-and this h- happened! Please don't send me away!" She said, water coming out of her mouth on every word.
The guard stared at her. "Can you move?" He asked.
She nodded carefully. "I think so....." She slid along the floor away from the heat of the popcorn. The crowd split apart, as though not willing to touch her, and a bald man in a wheelchair drove up with a girl with brownish-red hair and boy with sunglasses on behind him. The girl began to come back together. The trail of water was sucked up from behind her and she was whole again. Then they could all see what she actually looked like. She was wearing a purple tube-top and jeans she had a softly curved face and striking blue eyes.
The man in the wheelchair, along with the two other people came up to her.
"Come with us," said the man. "We can help you."
The girl looked at them, her face twisting into a mix of fear and antagonism. "No! I won't go! You people could never understand me!" She screamed.
The girl with red hair slowly approached her. "My name is Jean. It's all right. We won't hurt you. We know exactly what is happening to you," Jean closed her eyes and suddenly a chair began to float towards them.
The girl backed away, her eyes wide like dinner plates. "You, you're one of Ithem!/I" She shrieked.
"It's ok, just come with us. We'll help you," Said the boy.
"No, no, no, no! I won't!" She yelled. She suddenly got a dreamy expression on her face and collapsed to the ground. No one noticed Jean opening her eyes again.
