"We are confident that the accused will be found guilty due to the amount of evidence found against them." She stood there her green eyes sparking like the brightest emeralds, her gold hair falling gracefully down her back. She still looked the same as the day she ran. Killian sighed reached over to the TV remote sitting on the shiny table beside his settee. Glancing at her once again he turned the off TV not willing to give his demons a field trip on his thoughts of her or the residue of his feelings for her. Allowing himself to scold him self her turned over and fell asleep.
Emma stormed out of the room where hundreds of camera flashed and a large number of obnoxiously loud reporters screamed. "How do you think it went?" She asked looking at the taller man stood next to her "Brilliantly Emma, I would've explained the evidence a tad more but I think your approach was okay." The man smiled back his scared face turning in to a genuine smile. " Thanks Leo, I could not have done it with out you, bro" she smiled jokingly "We should probably start heading home, before Ingrid starts sending cars, I'm not sure about you but I don't fancy heading home in anything but my bug."
"Okay that's true, where are you parked?"
Emma started walking her thoughts of the case swirling in her mind blocking out Leo. "Emma!"
"Just follow me."
When they reached the spot where her bright yellow bug was parked she slid in and sighed placing her heavy feeling head on the steering wheel. Leo was looking at her concerned she could feel his eyes on her, bracing her self for what she knew Leo would say... wait for it she told her self...5..4..3..2..1
"Look Emma I know you ran away for a reason but maybe you should go and see them, they don't even know if your alive." Sighing Emma looked at Leo out of the corner of her eye and carried on driving. There was a tense few minutes silence before she replied " Leo I ran away when I was 18 and came here where you and Ingrid became my family, I'm not going back and that's final okay?"
"Emma..."
"Don't Emma me or you can get out and walk"
"Okay, okay don't be to hostile" Leo grinned trying to lighten the mood.
Emma chose to ignore it letting to the thoughts of her leaving storybrooke flash in front of her. Her leaving her parents, her friends and Killian.
