Godzilla New Generation
Chapter 1
After the beast known as Godzilla had been taken down by fighter pilots, DR. Nick Teutopolis was allowed back onto the project and was given the assignment of leading a team of military personal deep under New York City, in search of more possible Godzilla eggs. They eventually came to a, two way passage. Nick called out, "You guys go left, we'll go right! Stay in constant contact!" Nick and his group had been walking for a while, when suddenly Nick stepped onto an unstable piece of ground, it gave way and Nick fell at least 8 feet strait down! Nick was covered in a strange stinking goo. He suddenly realized that he could hear a strange sound, and began to look around and found himself face to face with an egg that was hatching. When the new born creature emerged from the egg's warm embrace, and opened it's eyes for the first time, the first being he saw was Nick, whom he thought was his mother. After all, this creature in front of him, covered in goo, smelled like mother so it had to be her. Nick immediately scrambled back in fear of the infant Godzilla! However, instead of a repeat of Madison Square Garden, the infant Godzilla came closer to Nick and nudged him with his nose in a loving manner. As Nick held his breath in fear, he could feel the warm breath of the infant on his face. Nick was so confused as to why the new born did not try to eat him. Then all of the sudden, the rest of Nick's team yelled, "Nick! Get out of the way, we'll get him;" as they began to fire at the new born! One bullet grazed the infant's face near his left eye. The young Godzilla cried out in great pain! He then turned in the opposite direction and ran away from the evil voices that harmed him, looking distraught and hoping mama would be ok. Nick frozen in place, still comprehending what just happened. As Nick's team lowered a rope to pull him to safety, he grabbed onto the rope but never looked up, staring in the direction of the new born.
