The Phone Call
She hung up the phone and stared straight ahead at nothing at all, the words she had heard repeating in her mind. This changed every thing. Nothing would ever be the same between him and her again.
Okay this is a suspenseful starter. I've heard starters like this one before, but it really leaves you hanging. Who's the she and what did she hear? Yep you'll just have to wait till I can elaborate on the info in the next chapter...until then.
