People ask me what keeps me going, what keeps me sane, what keeps me strong.
I have many answers; revenge, hatred, fear, justice...
Except, that's a lie.
Yes, I will do anything in my power to avenge my parents and friends, and bring peace to the world.
But the most important thing that I fight for is you.
I'm risking it all for you.
When the time comes, I'll kill him, because it's what you wanted.
You want righteousness and vengeance and harmony in the world, when the final battle is over; therefore, I will bring it all, for you.
And our children... our beautiful children.
They will grow up in a happy, safe, wonderful world.
I promise it, my love.
But... it kills me that you aren't here anymore.
It kills me that you aren't around to see how glorious the world will be, how exceptional life can be.
You're dead, my love.
And the only reason I'm still here is because of you.
You want me to stay here, defeat Voldemort, raise our children, save the world.
