Note- I am terrible at starting stories so please don't hate me! I own only Keya!
Aang, Katara, and Sokka are on there way to find Aang a fire bendering teacher. On the way, they find a girl in a strange area. Who is this girl and what does she have in store for Aang, Katara, and Sokka?
Another day and Aang is still on the search to find someone to teach him fire bending. He lies down with a million depressing thoughts running through his head. Katara noticing Aang depressed walks up to him and sits.
Katara asks concerningly, "Aang? Are you ok?" He answers, "No." She tries to cheer him up alittle, "Oh, come on. I know we'll find someone to teach you soon."
Sokka interrupts, "Uh, guys, soon is now." "What!" Exclaims Aang as he jets up to see a lot of smoke arising from one general area of the forest. "It's the fire nation, he yells in excitement. Katara responds, "Aang, may we" yet she is cut off by Aang commanding Appa to descend immediately. Sokka yells in fear, "Aang!"
Just as Appa's about to smack right into the ground, he stops and gracefully lands a few yards away from the fire in the forest. "Aang, never do that again," states Sokka sickly. Aang jumps off of Appa and runs with a big smile on his face to the fire with Katara right behind him. They abruptly stop when they see just a golden haired teenage girl in weird black and gold clothing standing in a cleared area in which the ground is smoking. "Oh no. We were too late," says Aang sadly. Sokka runs up out of breath, "Next time….I get the head start." The girl turns around to face them and asks with curious golden eyes, "Who are you looking for?" Katara replies, "Sorry, my friend was looking for the fire nation."
Aang turns around in defeat and starts walking off. "They were never here," states the teen. The three respond with a "Huh?" Aang questions her, "Then why is the ground burning?" "I did that." Sokka very confused asks, "How?" Aang getting excited, "You're a fire bender." "No," replies the teen. Aang gets sad immediately. She also comments, "Yet I want to learn." Sokka still confused, "Uhhhh…….why?" The teen smiles and answers, "It's fun. Besides maybe if I learn, I'll meet up with him soon." "Meet up with who?" Aang asks. She replies, "A friend of mine." Katara questions, "Is he part of the fire nation? The teen nods and says, "He's good though. I haven't seen him in a while, so….I've been trying to find ways to find him or for he to find me." Katara says, "He sounds very close to you." The teen smiles, "Mm hm." Aang says proudly, "We'll help you." She looks at him, "You sure?" He answers happily, "Yeah! We're looking for the fire nation too!" Sokka states, "So, you can come with us." The teen reponses very happily, "Thank you! You'll be a lot of help." Aang smiles, "No problem!"
