Clarence, Sumo, and Jeff walked into their classroom and took a seat sat their desks. Jeff in the front, Clarence and Sumo in the back.

"Hey, Sumo, I wonder what we're gonna learn today. I bet it'll be cool." Clarence said to his friend.

"Eh, I don't really care. I usually end up falling asleep in class anyway," Sumo replied, "but whatever."

Before Clarence could say anything else, Mrs. Baker strolled into the classroom and stood in front of the room.

"Hello, class." She greeted. "Today, we're going to do some partner work."

Everyone glanced at their friends across the room.

"And I will be choosing the groups." Mrs. Baker added. The kids groaned. "Let's have Jeff and Sumo, Clarence and Belson, Kimby and Breehn..." as Mrs. Baker finished up listing off the partners, everyone got into their groups.

Clarence got up and sat next to Belson.

"Yayyyy, Belson, we're partners!" He clapped his hands together. "So, what do you wanna do?"

"Shut up, Clarence. Mrs. Baker's explaining the rules!" Belson shushed.

"...Okay, good luck." Mrs. Baker finished.

Belson did a face palm. "Oh, great, now we don't know the rules to the game!"

"It doesn't matter," Clarence shook his head confidently, "we just need to improvise!"

"What?" Belson sneered.

"You know, improvise! Make stuff up!" Clarence danced around the room happily.

"This is gonna be a looooong hour." Belson thought.
