Hey everyone! This is my first real fanfic! This is based on a conversation my friends had last year. In that situation, I was basically Remus. Just laughing and being dragged into at last minute.
Disclaimer: If I owned Harry Potter I wouldn't be writing this and Draco and Hermione would've got together!
"Evans, will you do me the honour of accompanying me to Hogsmeade?"
"No, Potter, especially not when you're sounding like such a git," Lily replied, resuming her Potions essay she was working on before Potter decided to interrupt her with another of his frivolous attempts to ask her out.
"Evans, if you don't accept my offer I'll be crushed. You'll shatter my heart!" James tried, going for the Shakespearian drama by clutching his chest and kneeling beside her.
"I'm sure Madame Pomfrey could fix that. Just don't expect me to lug you to the Hospital Wing." Lily's green eyes never once left the parchment as her quill danced across it.
"You'll shatter my heart and dear Moony here," James grabbed an amused looking Remus and dragged him into their conversation, "will have to pick up all the pieces!" Lily put a comforting hand on Remus's shoulder and looked him straight in the eye.
"Good luck with that, Remus. You might want to get a broom and pan right about now."
