Sora sat at the edge of the pier where everybody's boats were, he and the others were having a talk inside the shack, joking, chatting, Sora needed a break from the confined space and decided to get some air, and relaxing; Sora closed his eyes and leant back feeling the sea breeze.

He heard footsteps behind him. Someone was sitting next to him now, probably Riku… Wait, it was Kairi. She spoke before he did "I, kinda' wanted to get out too…" Sora nodded and stared out to sea "Don't blame you" Kairi giggled and nodded, Sora smiled at her and went back to letting the breeze play with his hair, he felt a small thud on his shoulder.

Looking out the corner of his eye Kairi was resting her head on his shoulder "Sora?" Sora nearly jumped "Y-Yes?" "Did you miss me?" Sora didn't hesitate at the question "Well of course I did" Kairi smiled "I hoped you would of" she snuggled in deeper making Sora's heart beat faster.

They were like that for awhile, until Kairi broke the silence "Sora?" "Y-Yeah?" Kairi hesitated before responding "Do you…" chatter could be heard from the shack "… Like me?" Sora's face went red at the question "Huh!" Immediately; Kairi also blushed and got off of him and clasped her mouth with her palm, shaking her head "Um-Err, y-you didn't hear that!" Sora's face went serious all of a sudden "Actually… Even though I can hardly remember… I know I did back then, and I still do…" Kairi, somewhat enchanted by his words, went forward into him and connected her mouth with his.

Sora's eyes widened, as he felt her tongue dance with his, his heart was beating faster than ever. Soon enough, he gave in as well, returning the kiss to her. Riku and the others exited the shack, still laughing at some of the jokes they said to each other, but everything seemed to freeze as they witnessed Sora kissing Kairi. Tidus stepped forward and was about to yell something to them but Riku grabbed his ear and yanked him back, whispering in his ear "Either you spoil my friends' time together or do I have to cream you again at a dual?" Tidus shook his head "I though so" Riku gave everything the 'Ssh' sign and they all made their way back into the shack. Separating; Kairi rested her head on Sora's chest again.

They both stared out to sea again as Sora rested his head atop Kairi's.
