Many of the stories are tragedies—they feature death, destruction.
Others, a rare few, are the stories of heroes, of successful quests and laurel wreaths.
Every hero leaves something behind.
Dust, cobwebs and rust cover the trophies, eventually.
Their stories are forgotten.
