Nights Embrace
I walked down the crocked path.
It's broken
I could feel the wind wrap around me as it played with the single ribbon that dangled from my neck.
Pure Red
The nights embrace was like a cold corpse.
That still lives to tell
The moon blinked as a dark cloud passed.
It's dark now
I never liked the moon.
Who could?
But now I wished it back.
To shine once more
I live in a world of black and white.
I call that grey
I saw the moon once again.
It was like a beacon
Seeing shadows.
Those awful things
Humming to myself like a mad man.
You are one
My ribbon fell to the ground.
Spilling Red
And it appeared as blood.
Your own
But it was not.
Silly boy
My blood is blackness.
Of course it is
My blood is hate and death.
In perfect fusion
Am I mad?
Of course you are
Why is my world grey?
Because it is
I stretched my hands up towards the moon.
Embrace it
I felt the touch of the cool night.
Love it
And then I smiled at it
A great smile
I like this world.
It is our own
True malice.
Here alone
All is Black
And all is White
Making Perfect Grey
