One - shot
We had days searching for Naraku unsuccessfully, winter been near and the cold was notorious. The environment was not the only thing cold also my heart was. InuYasha visited Kikyo again, but this time she kissed him; and he did absolutely nothing to stop it but I feel better knowing that he didn´t correspond.
Since then we haven´t spooked, apparently the guys were aware about it so they had decided to separated for a few days. Partly I am grateful with them so I hope to settle my differences with InuYasha, while they look for more clues of Naraku.
He walked several yards ahead of me, I felt somehow rejected; I knew that Kikyo was my opponent from before my arrival and apparently I was or maybe I was always the nuisance.
The night came soon and after to find a nice place in the woods we got ready to sleep. The night was definitely not appropriate to discuss, I was so tired.
I only listened to the sound of the fire; InuYasha surely had decided to sleep away from me, the situation was extremely uncomfortable. At that time I was distracted and I had not noticed that I had forgotten my sleeping bag so I had to sleep completely in the open.
My nightmares were endless, only I closed my eyes and I saw them again.
A gentle caress on my back, awake me. I was wearing the Haori of InuYasha over my like a blanket, at the first I was surprised but when but I noticed the look of InuYasha on my, I relaxed.
-Are you cold? - I was noticed tenderness in his words that made me felt better. – Not anymore thanks InuYasha- I didn´t feel good so I was resumed to my old position when I felt his hand on me to stop me.
-Kagome please forgive me- It can´t be possible, InuYasha never apologize, so this time he was sorry? - Kikyo will die soon so she only came to me and kissed me and by the looks that you give me I know that I hurt you and it was only a kiss…- I sighed.
-Only a kiss… You know how long I´ve waiting for a kiss from you? - I started crying, I can´t with that anymore. Soon I was wrapped in the arms of InuYasha.
His hand stroked my hair, I knew that never again repeat that feeling so I decided to enjoy it. Without realizing it I felt his lips next to mine, it felt so nice, I loved him deeply.
The kiss intensified further while my hands were tangled around his neck. Even against my will, we parted.
-Kagome… Since long time I have loved you, more damage I couldn´t make to you please forgive me- His sweet words forced me to forgive him, that silly dog could not make me happier.
