So for the last couple of weeks I've been doing nothing but staining wood, riding the tractor, working from dawn to dusk and cussing at the misquotes that seem to find me as an all you could eat buffet. Thankfully, my sister got me season 3 of CSI: Miami on DVD, so now I have seasons 1-6 (going to get 7 soon and 8 when it comes out) and I have been able to take a few hours each day (well, each night) to indulge myself in my guilty pleasure of Miami viewing. Though I'm still on a rough patch with most of my stories, I was able to come up with one poem-like piece. A little short something about if the team could talk to people who have wounded them.

Are You Sorry?

Are you sorry you killed my family?

My brother, my wife

Your cold hands spilled their warm blood

Are you sorry?

-Horatio Caine, asking Antonio Riaz

Are you sorry you drank away my childhood?

I grew up, I'm now strong

You would never know because you were too drunk to tell

Are you sorry?

-Calleigh Duquesne, asking Kenwall Duquesne

Are you sorry you took my memories?

One bullet, months were erased

Because of your greed things will never be the same

Are you sorry?

-Eric Delko, asking security guard that shot him

Are you sorry you almost took freedom?

For years you've dodged, I almost take your bullet

But we finally caught you even though I almost had to pay the ultimate sacrifice

Are you sorry?

-Ryan Wolfe, asking Rick Stetler

Are you sorry I left?

I had made a decision, I hope I'm right

Do you miss me, I defiantly miss you, I just can't come back

Are you sorry?

-Alexx Woods, asking the team

Are you sorry you hurt me?

You hit, I break

I use to be afraid, but now I stop your evil breed

Are you sorry?

-Natalia Boa Vista, asking Nick Townsend

Are you sorry you killed me?

My heart no longer beats, it's your fault

My blood is on your hands and I'm in the ground

Are you sorry?

-Tim Speedle, asking killer

Are you sorry you messed with Miami?

That was a mistake, you now know

CSI: Miami will find you, that's a promise

You should be sorry

-Horatio Caine, Calleigh Duquesne, Eric Delko, Ryan Wolfe, Alexx Woods, Natalia Boa Vista, Tim Speedle and Frank Tripp, asking the felons

No, I didn't forget to write something for Frank, I just couldn't write anything good for him. But hopefully we see more of him this season, he seriously needs more appreciation, but that's my opinion.
