Falling - a Remadora Oneshot Nightmares.

She never sleeps. Not unless he's there. He's only there because he's the only one who hears her scream. She hates that he's the only one who can help her. It was Bellatrix, trying to kill everyone she loves. Just as she aims her wand at Remus, she wakes up screaming. Remus runs in. She's sitting, curled up in a ball, sobbing in the dim light of the Burrow. Remus put his arm round her. He gently strokes her hair. "Shhh. It's ok. Everythings ok. Nothing can hurt you," he says as she cries into his top, leaving tear stains. The last thing he says is always a lie because she knows that one day she will die and it will be because of her aunt. He holds her close until she falls asleep and every time it's in his arms. People notice that in the morning She has dark circles under her eyes. They hear her screams but they don't do anything becaue they know he's there. They think he will always be there but in her nightmares, he leaves before she can open her eyes.
