I think we both know we love eachother
I think we both know we'd die without one another
But knowing isn't enough
'Cause I long to kiss you again...
I'm dying to try
To hold you tight
I'm dying to try
But I don't know if it's right
Doubtless I love you
That much is true
But what I want to know
Is if can I please kiss you.
A week later
Kel was in the library, trying to concentrate on her Etiquette homework. But she couldn't green eyes kept sneaking into her brain. Of course, it didn't help that the owner of the green eyes was just a table away.
"Okay," she told herself. "Calm"
She hadn't realized she had said it out loud until Neal came over.
"Hello, Mindy. What're you thinking about?"
"NEAL YOU DIMWITTED BLUNDERHEAD MY NAME IS NOT MINDY!" shouted Kel.
"SHH!" said the librarian irratibly.
"Okay, it's not"
"Thank you."
"but that doesn't mean I won't call you it," concluded Neal. Kel buried her face in her hands.
"Will you ever become a reasonable human being who doesn't have the brain of a chickpea?"
"Chickpeas don't have brains."
"I know."
"Kel, I'm hurt."
"Good for you. Ever occurred to you that you're a healer?"
"Yeah."
"So heal yourself!"
"Somebody's touchy," Neal said teasingly.
"Queenscove, shut the hell up."
Neal's eyebows shot up.
"Okay, Kel, now you're being weird. A) you called me Queenscove - which you never do anymore, and B) since when do you swear?"
"I swear a lot."
"Well, yeah, but not usually to others."
"It's not your business what I do."
Neal grabbed her shoulders and turned her around.
"Kel, this has got to stop."
I know that I love you
And you know it too
But you're acting like it's no big deal
Well, baby, I'm worried
Cause since when do you turn away
Since when do you hate me?
I'm dying to try
To hold you tight
I'm dying to try
But I don't know if it's right
Doubtless I love you
That much is true
But what I want to know
Is if can I please kiss you.
"Why?"
"Kel, I'm beginning to wonder if last week was all just a dream."
The look in Neal's eyes was just so pitiful and pleading that Kel gave in.
"It wasn't," she whispered.
"I know," replied Neal, "but I don't know if I want it to be or not."
Kel watched helplessly as Neal walked away.
I want to kiss you so badly
I want to hold you so much
But the problem is
I think you'd shiver at my touch
I don't know
Cause I can't see
But I'm hoping
That you really do love me
I want you to know
I shall always be here
And tell me if you want to kiss me
Cause if you do, don't fear
Because I shall always love you.
I'm dying to try
To hold you tight
I'm dying to try
But I don't know if it's right
Doubtless I love you
That much is true
But what I want to know
Is if can I please kiss you.
*sob* *sob* SADDDDDDD! Well, that's not the end, your good ol' mush will be back soon, so never fear! Actually, do fear we all know the after-effects when me, my writing, sugar, and romance is combined and it's quite scary!
Okay, this is why I named my dog the Green Tangerine Machine:
Right after I got him, before I had named him, my friend and I accidentally spilled green food dye over him. And so we thought it would be funny to make him orange, too. So we did and then he started running around yapping. So I named him the Green Tangerine Machine. And he's really cool! He's a mini collie, I think you call it a Shelty or something. He's a mix between a Shelty and a chihuahua or something like that. So he's dinky. And he's very ferocious. *growls*. He he. (My friend and I were on a sugar high, just so you know.
Well, bye and please Review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
