One night after a hard week of working a case with no leads the detectives finally caught a break when their perp left DNA in his latest victim so they were able to arrest him and put him behind bars. After they had written up all of the necessary paper work all of the detectives left the squad room to go and have a celebratory drink for finally closing the case.

Once they had got to the bar Fin and Munch went and ordered the drinks while Liv and El found a table for them to sit at and while they waited they talked about what they were going to be doing that weekend.

"So El what are you doing this weekend now that we have the time off" Liv asked as she looked around the bar.

"Well I thought I would spend it with my kids I mean I don't really get much time with them now that Kathy and I are separated so I like to see them as much as possible. What about you" he replied as munch and Fin came back with the drinks.

"I thought I might just have a quite one at home and relax, you know catch up on me reading and such" she answered him as she took a sip of her drink.

The four detectives stayed at the bar for most of the night unaware of the gentleman in the corner who had taking a fancy to watching Liv.

After they left the bar and went their separate ways Liv headed home, but because her car was in the shop she decided to walk as it was a beautiful night. As she came up to her apartment building she felt something sharp in the back of her neck and then everything went dark.

As she woke up she came aware of her surroundings realising that it was her apartment and she looked around to see if anything was different. As she was looking she started to remember what had happened the night before and she sat up straight, looking down only to find that she was naked covered from head to toe with bruises and cuts.

After she was able to fully comprehend what was happening she got off the bed and grabbing some clothes she quickly got dressed and she grabbed her phone and dialled the first number she could think of.

"Dana I need your help can you meet me at Mercy hospital please" and with that she hung up and ran from the building and flagging down a cab she went to the hospital.

Once she was there she waited out the front for Dana to arrive as she wasn't sure as to what she was doing. Olivia saw Dana arrive and waited for her to walk over before she started to walk towards the hospital.

"whoa, whoa, whoa there Olivia you call me at 6 in the morning asking me to come down to the hospital with no explanation what so ever and now you expect me to know what is wrong" she asked as she put her arm out to stop Olivia from walking any further. When her hand made contact with Olivia's arm Olivia jumped away and looked at Dana with a look of horror on her face and Dana finally realised what had happened.

"You were raped"
