"I love it when you play with my hair." Callen mumbled, their head comfortably laying on Leliana's stomach. The two of them were cuddling, as they often did during the nights of The Blight. It was the only good moment where they could take their time and just enjoy each other's company, despite the constant looming threat before them. Romance was important too, even if it's during something as dangerous as The Blight.
"I kind of figured as such; you always ask me to do it." Leliana replied with a warm smile.
"What? I never ask to have my hair played with!" Callen exclaimed defensively. They seemed to be blushing ever so slightly.
Leliana giggled. "Yes you do, but in your own way. I can tell by your actions what you want, even if you don't fully realize what you display with your body language."
"You can really tell that easily when I wish to cuddle?"
"Not just cuddling, but anything, at least most things. For example..." Leliana began. She leaned forward until they could make eye contact. She leaned forward until they could make eye contact, slowly lowering her head and her hands moving to cup Callen's face. "I know you want to kiss."
Callen blushed heavily at how observant Leliana truly was. They lifted up a bit too, meeting with Leliana in a loving kiss.
"I love you." Callen muttered after the kiss was over.
"And I you, my love." Leliana replied, moving her hands to grasp Callen's. No Blight would ever separate them, not that either of them would allow it, anyways.
